It seems as if everyone is renovating or updating bathrooms and powder rooms on the North Shore this year!
We have seen a sharp increase in the amount of bathroom renovation quotes we do for clients - everything from replacing a sink, faucet, toilet, tub and accessories to a full bathroom gut. The pricing can range from $6,000 for an updated look to probably around $20,000 plus for a full renovation.
Because we have seen such an increase in this area, we have partnered with a couple of local small contracting companies who provide excellent service at a price that is affordable. This week we updated two bathroom's in a client's North Vancouver home in under three days with all new countertops, toilets, sinks, faucets and accessories. Our contractor even took the homeowner and her two toilets to the toilet recycling depot so that she could apply for her $50 rebate.
