North Vancouver Townhome Renovation
In late August 2009 we began the renovation of a townhome in North Vancouver and decided to document each step of the way. As you scroll down the page you can see our 3 dimensional drawings, elevations and photographs as we progress through the design and renovation process. Each client of Cornerstone Kitchens & Design is able to see their newly designed kitchen before ever committing any money to the project.

While we don’t actually do the construction ourselves, as Project Managers we are involved in the overall process. We have some excellent contractors that we recommend to our clients who will meet with you and prepare a detailed quote.

Week 4
The Cabinets are now ready for installation and our expert installer, Paul, is on site transforming the kitchen.

Week 5,6, & 7
When the cabinets have been installed, the Granite Company comes in to template for the countertops, this takes about 3 weeks from templating. We are now in the final stages of this Kitchen renovation, the wood floors have been installed and painting has been started. Final photographs are at the bottom of the page.

Week 8,9, & 10
Final stages of the renovation are now taking place. Appliances are being installed and painting is being finished. The family will be moving in within a few days.
